Now I know how some letters in the ST forum come about:
From page 150 of the NKF report:
"NKF staff drafted letters stating essentially that there is no need for more measures to be put in place to ensure that IPCs are more transparent and accountable.... The NKF then requested its donors, patients, supporters and corporate sponsors to sign these letters to be sent to the media"
All a load of crap eh? Forum letters. Even Charities in Singapore have a propaganda department.
