"I have an idea. What about a blog for responses to letters in the forum pages that we really want to read?
Say somebody writes in to complain about traffic jams caused by a major Bollywood film project.
The real reply could be: 'Dude, we're trying to give Singapore a leg up in the international movie-making stakes here. You want these guys to take their cameras elsewhere? You didn't raise a peep when we closed the roads for consecutive weekends in the run-up to the National Day Parade. So you lost 40 minutes on the way to work. ......"
