A pair of middle-aged siblings in Hougang said they have nowhere else to go but their void deck.
They've been unemployed for many years, and recently received a notice from the HDB to acquire their flat due to accumulated arrears.
"This flat is paid through our CPF and our CPF all dry up already - we're not working you see, so that's it." said Wong Sui Keng.
Only in Singapore, where you work all your life to buy a flat, and get kicked out of it when you fall into hard times.
